Haley and Johnny first met in August 2021 while both working at Summit High School. They were strictly coworkers at first but during a short window in 2023 of both parties being single, Johnny made his move... which proved to be unsuccessful. But life continued for both of them until yet another window opened up in April 2025. This time Haley made her move...which was obviously successful. After only a few short months, Johnny quit his job, packed up everything, and followed Haley across the country to North Carolina. Though he usually doesn't move across the country on a whim, he decided to go with his gut on this one...

This is an outdoor, backyard wedding on the water in August. Anticipate warm weather and dress accordingly. Lightweight fabrics and comfortable footwear are both recommended.The wedding colors are lighter blues, poppy orange, and pinks. The wedding vibe is coastal vintage colorful garden party. Dress Code

Taking the ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge Island is a memorable and fun way to travel to our wedding destination. Whether you're taking the ferry or driving, your total travel time will be similar. If you plan on this option, you can buy your ticket ahead of time, though this does not guarantee you a spot on the ferry (it is also not necessary if you arrive early enough). Plan to arrive at the ferry terminal 30-45 minutes early if you want to guarantee your spot at the desired time. If, by chance, you miss your scheduled ferry you should be able to catch the next one. Estimated travel time from the Seattle Ferry Terminal to our venue is 1 hr 40 (additional wait times may occur). Cost Breakdown: Seattle to Bainbridge $20/vehicle + $11/additional passenger (excluding driver). Bainbridge to Seattle $20/vehicle (no additional cost for passengers)

Ferry to Bainbridge Island

If you don't want the hassle of figuring out the ferry and want a direct route, you can drive from Seattle to the venue. The route shown in the picture is departing from SeaTac Airport with an estimated travel time. Travel time is approximately 1h 40m.
